What is Seamoss?

A species of Red Algae, Sea Moss is a nutritious gastropod found at sea. This wonder organism comes from a varied family of moss-type plants, which derive from among the most ancient of organisms recorded on Earth.

For centuries, people in regions such as Iceland and the Caribbean have consumed Sea Moss for its many dietary and health-related benefits. Much scientific research has been dedicated to Sea Moss for its illustrative properties in phenomena such as photosynthesis and nutrient richness.
